Sommerfugleeffekter is a performative journey, a voyage of the senses making the audience the main character. People are invited to show up at a given adress. They arrive one by one to a deserted goods station in downtown Aarhus , walk in and move around partly on their own, partly guided through the rooms.

The rooms have a look of commenced creative processes, and the audience become ”voyagers of experience”, and co-creators. In general, direct, physical influence of the senses is brought into focus via elements such as sound, smell, various kinds of touchable fabrics, and visual effects.

The building’s atmosphere is corrupted by the installations/scenography such as for examle mould on the floor, light through knots, and pillows and plants with sound. The way the performers meet the guests also contributes to a very special atmosphere.
